1. Bookings & Deposits
A non-refundable deposit of $10 per person or $100 per booking, whichever is higher, is required to secure the course—unless otherwise arranged.
2. Cancellations
Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled session will not incur additional charges, but the deposit remains non-refundable.
3. Rescheduling
Rescheduling is permitted once per booking with at least 72 hours’ notice. Further rescheduling will require a new deposit.
4. Minimum Numbers
A minimum of 6 participants is required for group bookings. If this requirement is not met, the course may be rescheduled or merged with another session.
5. Trainer Substitution
Pulse Point Training Co. reserves the right to assign an equally qualified trainer at any time.
6. Certification (for Accredited Courses)
Participants must attend the full session and successfully complete all assessment requirements to receive a Statement of Attainment.
7. Participant Requirements
Participants must arrive on time and be physically able to complete practical components (e.g., CPR on the floor). If unable to, we may be able to facilitate reasonable adjustment. Please contact us to discuss.
